Time your partner servers should wait before they post another heist ad.
Variables:
Cooldown: cooldown must be a valid number. The default cooldown is set to 12 hours if your server hasn't configured this yet.
This is the default cooldown if no custom cooldown was set, you can set a custom cooldown for each partner
Setup command allows servers to set a default cooldown, so this command won't be necessary to use unless you wish to change your default posting channel.
